The core of Minesto’s offering is a unique underwater kite that flies faster than the current to generate clean electricity from the water movements in the world’s oceans. The company is a spin-off from Swedish aircraft manufacturer Saab and currently has operations in Sweden, Wales, the Faroe Islands, Northern Ireland and Taiwan, with headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden.
