Six companies join the Swedish Energy Agency’s Accelerator in Southeast Asia

In the spring of 2023, the Swedish Energy Agency opened applications for the programme and six companies have been admitted to the second round of the Business Accelerator Program Southeast Asia.

Through the Business Accelerator Programme Southeast Asia (BAPSEA), companies will meet with company representatives, potential customers, government officials and investors. The aim is to explore and understand the market and present their solutions and products.

In collaboration with Business Sweden, the support is tailored to each company so that they can gain deeper insights into different sectors, while receiving guidance on how to identify growth opportunities specific to the Southeast Asian market.

There are good opportunities for Swedish technology to contribute to greenhouse gas emission reductions in the region and sustainable development globally, while Swedish environmental technology companies grow and create jobs in Sweden. The BAPSEA programme provides the ideas and knowledge needed for development in a dynamic region and we look forward to supporting six more companies on their journey in Southeast Asia, says Helena Bernland, Programme Manager at the Swedish Energy Agency.

The six new companies are: Cemvision, ECOLOO, Epishine, Midsummer, Minesto, and Trine. These join Affectus, BCP Instruments, Cetasol, Coolsaver, Gomero, Hexicon, Katam Technologies, Primozone Production, SeaTwirl, Unipower, and Waves4Power that are already in the accelerator.
